Miasteczko Wilanów has received the ULI Global Award for Excellence 2010

IN-VI and the development partners (Polnord, Robyg, PKO BP Inwestycje, Acciona, Fadesa-Polnord, Mill-yon, Medicover) are very proud to announce that on the 14th of October in Washington DC the project Miasteczko Wilanów has received the ULI Global Award for Excellence 2010. This competition is widely considered as the land use industry's most prestigious recognition program. The winning projects were selected from 240 entries submitted from all around the world, which were subsequently narrowed to five winners among which is Miasteczko Wilanów. The competition recognizes the full development process of a project, not just its architecture or design. After the creation of the project master-plan IN-VI was the project chief development consultant in 2000 - 2008.

Miasteczko Wilanów is the ongoing construction of a coherent neighborhood on 169 hectares within the boundaries of the city of Warsaw.
